You don’t have to burn bridges.
But you are allowed to redraw the map.
You’re allowed to say:
“I’m not available for that anymore.”“I care—but I won’t lose myself to keep the peace.”

The people who truly love you will stay.
Or they’ll grow beside you.
And the ones who don’t—
you’re allowed to grieve them.
Without guilt.
You were never meant to be a mirror for other people’s comfort.
You were meant to be you.
