A grounded emotional system—built from pain, built for clarity, now open to research.
This work came from survival. Now it’s open to collaboration.
The Emotional Blueprint is built from lived experience and shaped by deep emotional logic.
Wondering what it took to build this? Read this short piece on the rarity of achieving something like TEG-Blue alone, under extreme adversity → Rarity of Complex Solo Achievement Under Extreme Adversity
Now that the foundation is complete, I’m opening the door for aligned partnerships—whether you’re here as a researcher, a funder, a survivor, or simply someone who sees what this can become.
What Is This Framework?
The Emotional Blueprint (TEG-Blue) is a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-aware emotional system.
It maps how humans interpret, use, and distort emotions—across survival, belonging, manipulation, and healing.
Built from lived experience and supported by cross-disciplinary research (polyvagal theory, systems thinking, indigenous models, AI alignment), it offers:
- 8 Emotional Maps that reflect real nervous system states
- Gradient Scales to detect emotional harm, empathy shifts, and behavioral patterns
- Tools that help individuals, educators, and systems name what’s really happening inside complex emotions
Why It’s Ready for Research
- Already validated against 30+ global emotional models
- Fully mapped and publicly documented
- Visual tools ready for user testing
- Clear theoretical base (nervous system, behavior, intent)
We’re now inviting pilot collaborators and research partners to test, study, and scale the framework.
What I’m Exploring Next
I’m currently opening space for partnerships that feel aligned, curious, and grounded in care.
- Emotional-AI alignment: Can AI distinguish between belonging-based and manipulative empathy?
- Educational toolkits: Can TEG-Blue support neurodivergent students in understanding emotional systems?
- Survivor empowerment: Can our Gradient Scales help victims of emotional abuse detect harmful intent earlier?
- Somatic repair models: Can our “nervous system compass” aid in trauma recovery and nervous system literacy?
Early Feedback (Qualitative)
“This is the first time I understood my patterns without shame.”
“I printed the Gradient Scale and used it to explain to my therapist what’s happening inside me.”
“I work in education, and this explained in 10 minutes what 3 books couldn’t.”
If You Feel Aligned
I’m open to collaboration—with people and organizations who feel deeply called by this work.
We’re looking for:
- PhDs, psychologists, or systems thinkers
- Survivor-focused organizations
- AI & tech developers interested in emotional logic
- Research labs or universities open to pilot studies
- Donors or grantmakers looking for scalable emotional repair frameworks
💬 A Personal Note from Anna
I built The Emotional Blueprint while I was completely alone—no home, no income, no safety net.
For nearly a year, I worked 12 hours a day, driven by a quiet knowing: that this system could help people see emotional reality clearly, maybe for the first time.
This wasn’t a research grant or a startup pitch.
It was survival—transformed into structure, clarity, and repair.
Now that the system is built, I’m inviting others to walk with me.
To support its growth.
To bring it into the spaces where it can serve those who need it most.
If you’re someone who sees the potential here—someone who believes that emotional literacy is key to both healing and evolution—then I welcome your presence.
This isn’t just a framework. It’s a beginning.
And it’s time to build the next chapter—together.
